You will be guided through the training by Radvan Bahbouh, who has been actively involved in coaching for 25 years with expertise of more than 10,000 coaching hours and is accredited as a Level 3 Coach - Supervisor.
Our training in coaching is certified by EMCC, ICF and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. It consists of 80 hours of face-to-face teaching, combining theoretical sessions, practical exercises, group supervision in the form of Balint groups and peer-coaching. The training will provide you with the preparation required to successfully complete the Level 1 Coach Accreditation.

You can experience Mindfulness training with QED GROUP in the form of an 8-week MBCT-L (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Life) course, which we are able to deliver both in person and online for groups of up to 12 participants. Meetings are always once a week for 2 hours. The prerequisite for participation in the course is also mindfulness training at home, according to the instructions and recommendations.

The programme is designed to be predominantly experiential and is based on the acquisition of formal practice, everyday attitudes and practices that become part of the normal activities of the day. At the end of the course, a certificate is sent to participants who complete at least 80% of the course. .
