QED GROUP has been setting the course for the effective development of individuals, teams and organizations since 1996. One of the company's strengths is its evidence-based approach and its own psychological research.
Our original methods and procedures such as Sociomapping or the 4Elements test are in demand not only in our country but also worldwide. We were one of the first to start engaging with individual and team coaching.
We are the recipients of a number of prestigious awards and honours. The company was founded and is led by doc. MUDr. PhDr. Mgr. Radvan Bahbouh, PhD., a psychologist, coach and mathematician, formerly also the head of the psychology department at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University.

The first step towards the establishment of the company was the creation of the Sociomapping method, which has been systematically used in the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and in space research since 1994 (it is still used in both areas). In 1996, the company Digit development s.r.o. was established, later transformed into QED & QUOD s.r.o., which became the joint stock company QED GROUP. Since the beginning of its establishment, in addition to team diagnostics and interventions, the main focus of the company has been people development, including diagnostics and coaching. QED GROUP has developed a number of diagnostic tools, of which, in addition to Sociomapping, the 4Elements Inventory is the most well-known. QED GROUP is involved in the preparation of crews for the flight to Mars in the Mars 105 and Mars 500 experiments, as well as in the Sirius 2017-2025 series of experiments. Since 2018, it has been cooperating with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre to promote the use of mindfulness by individuals and companies. Since 2019, QED GROUP has also been involved in the international H-WORK grant, which aims to offer (and measure) interventions to companies for the benefit of mental health.

At QED, Klára takes care of clients, leads trainings and workshops, accompanies participants in coaching training. She works not only with teams but also with individuals, either in the form of coaching or psychological consultations. She takes care of the management and development of the company.

Rudolf is responsible for the development of our products and establishing new strategic partnerships in the Czech Republic and abroad. He designs and implements comprehensive development programmes for teams and organisations. He works with leaders and senior management teams.

At QED, Eva specialises in psychodiagnostics, psychometrics and methodology. She participates in the development of new methods and translations of high-quality foreign tests into Czech, conducts certification trainings (e.g. 4Elements, LJI, SWIFT, WAVE). She also participates in the development and research of the Sociomapping method. She creates tailor-made projects for clients in the field of leadership, talent management and change management, including verification of their effectiveness; she also provides consultancy in the field of psychodiagnostics and economic psychology.

Veronika takes care of the team of internal consultants at QED, participates in their development and takes care of the management and operations of the company. But you can also find her with our clients, with whom she designs development projects or helps them to discover their potential and energy sources through coaching.

At QED, František coaches, facilitates workshops, runs trainings, Development and Assessment centres, guides participants through the fire and leads MBCT mindfulness courses. He works with teams and individuals and has been developing people for almost 15 years. He has corporate and start-up experience.
Renata spent a large part of her professional career in the HR department of an international corporation, where she was involved in designing Assessment Centres, lectures, workshops and consultations on professional development. Since 2018, she has been involved in the design of talent and development programmes at both individual and team level.

At QED, Filip works mainly with clients in individual and team coaching and workshops. He prepares long-term development programmes for managers, talents and specialists, as well as programmes for team building and team spirit. Pavlína is mainly involved in projects of selecting new employees or mapping the qualities of current employees but you can also meet her in academia at the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology at the University of Economics, where she teaches. Eva's primary focus at QED is working with individuals through coaching, mentoring and long-term support for managers in improving their leadership competencies. She is also involved in the implementation of management programmes, where she works mainly with leaders and senior managers.

Lukáš has been coaching, lecturing and consulting since 2012. He has over 1000 hours of coaching experience and gives dozens of workshops and lectures every year. His favourite topic is Mindfulness, through which he helps clients find happiness and content. Outside of that, he is involved in the development and advancement of new products and services.

Linda is a psychologist, lecturer and coach. At QED she is involved in AC/DC implementation, crisis intervention and client care. She most enjoys training and lecturing on topics such as mindfulness, communication, self-awareness, change management and emotional intelligence. She is passionate about her professional field, psychology, and is involved in the development of products such as the Mindfulness programme.

We take care of the overall comfort of our people, but we try to make sure that everyone who visits us has a good time. The concept of our social responsibility also includes environmental protection. We sort waste, use eco-friendly products, take a sensible approach to electricity and paper consumption, and prefer products from local producers.
The word QED is an acronym of the Latin phrase Quod Erat Demonstrandum ("which was to be demonstrated"), which has been written at the end of mathematical proofs since the time of Euclid. The acronym notified readers of the proof that they had achieved what they wanted – that they had successfully completed an unfinished shape. From a psychological point of view, the QED acronym marks the moment of confirmation that we have achieved our goal. Thanks to this confirmation, the efforts we invested in our previous steps can pay dividends and be put to good use. This originally mathematical meaning also represents the philosophy of QED GROUP.
