Work crisis intervention is a service that provides quick help in managing problems and difficult situations in personal and work life, which can affect the work results or mental health of employees. The purpose of the service is not to replace classic institutions such as the Helpline, but to provide clients with professional help, take care of their well-being, prevent mental illness, and together plan the next course of action to resolve the situation. It can be help with a managerial decision, managing stress, worries or other unpleasant emotions and feelings. Although the intervention is primarily aimed at helping in the most difficult situations, if necessary, we are able to repeat the intervention or supplement the service with another form of cooperation (e.g. coaching).
